General terms and conditions & house rules

• The lodge must be occupied by 22:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
• Mezger Lodges is not liable for theft, accidents, or damage to guest property, except in cases of fault on their part. In such cases, Mezger Lodges cannot be held liable for more costs or damages than those covered by a regular liability insurance policy under these circumstances.
• On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the lodge by 10:00 unless a different departure time has been agreed upon.
• Please note that all reservations are subject to possible errors. Mezger Lodges reserves the right to cancel reservations unilaterally in the event of errors and/or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
• Dogs are allowed in a limited number of our rooms, provided they are reserved in advance through our reception. View our pet policy here.

• The conditions regarding cancellation, changes, and payment for your reservation may vary depending on the rate type.
• The specific terms applicable to your reservation can be found on your confirmation.
• If you made your reservation through an online booking agent, please contact them directly.
• If you plan to make a reservation and are curious about the conditions, you can view the terms for each available rate during the booking process before finalizing your reservation.

For your and our safety! Below are the key house rules that apply within our hotel. We ask that you respect and accept these rules.

General

• All instructions from hotel staff regarding house rules must be followed.
• Stay calm in case of fire. Report the fire at the reception or activate the nearest fire alarm.
• In case of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.
• Do not use the elevators in case of fire.
• Due to the identification requirement, you must show valid identification for all persons staying at the hotel during check-in. The minimum age to stay in our hotel is 18 years, except for children and young adults staying with their parents.
• Cameras are installed in various areas within the building. Anyone present in our hotel agrees to recordings being made. In the event of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.
• Lost items can be handed in at the reception.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
• The management, owner of the location, and/or individuals working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may suffer.

• It is not allowed to take hotel property outside the building. If hotel property is deliberately damaged, the guest may be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.
• The use, trade, or possession of narcotics is prohibited.
• The use of nitrous oxide in the room is prohibited.
• Causing disturbances to others, such as through loud music, improper behavior, or noise of any kind.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If we find that smoking has occurred, we will charge €175.00 cleaning fees. If the fire alarm is triggered by smoking, we will charge you €275.00 for the fire department call-out fees.
• Hosting guests in the rooms for sexual commercial activities.

• It is strictly prohibited to light candles/incense due to the fire alarm and fire risk (the security system will be immediately activated).
• Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Please ask at the reception if your decorations are allowed. Additional cleaning costs or technical damages resulting from this will be charged to the guest.
• Damage, loss, or destruction of hotel property will lead to immediate removal, liability, and/or police reports.
